ER+ Breast Cancers Resistant to Prolonged Neoadjuvant Letrozole Exhibit an E2F4 Transcriptional Program Sensitive to CDK4/6 Inhibitors

AbstractPurpose: This study aimed to identify biomarkers of resistance to endocrine therapy in estrogen receptor–positive (ER+) breast cancers treated with prolonged neoadjuvant letrozole.Experimental Design: We performed targeted DNA and RNA sequencing in 68 ER+ breast cancers from patients treated with preoperative letrozole (median, 7 months).Results: Twenty-four tumors (35%) exhibited a PEPI score ≥4 and/or recurred after a median of 58 months and were considered endocrine resistant. The pedagogical development of an international teacher in the cultural context of Finnish CLIL home economics

This thesis draws on content and language integrated learning (CLIL) as a methodological innovation in language education. In order to become competent CLIL teachers in 21st century, however, teachers should not merely have expertise knowledge in their own teaching fields but take pedagogical tact into consideration. Nella ricerca, svolta durante l'a.a. 2014/2015 ci siamo proposti di individuare un modello di acquisizione della competenze digitale e delle 4C (comunicazione, collaborazione, pensiero critico e creatività) degli studenti del Corso di Laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria in vista di un reale sviluppo della consapevolezza professionale. Il P21’s Framework for 21st Century Learning ha sviluppato una visione unificata e collettiva per l’apprendimento conosciuto come il Quadro di riferimento per l’apprendimento del XXI secolo per aiutare gli insegnanti ad integrare le 4Cs nella loro pratica didattica quotidiana. Educare alle 4Cs è una delle sfide del XXI secolo e delle Online Learning Communities.
